Here Lies the Poem
Here lies the poem. It means nothing. It says nothing. It is not worth a dime. Still, it has hopes. It has dreams to be something more than money could bring. I will accept a buck or two to buy a pen or a pencil to write or draw or write something interesting to share with the few people who read what I write on a daily basis because tomorrow is not promised.
A Lady Named Jesus
She said people thought she was the savior Jesus. She said God knew she was not really Jesus. She said people came to kill her just like Jesus. She asked me to pray for her and I would be saved. She said only Russia could find her safe passage. I asked why she believed that and she hung up the phone. She called me back a few minutes later and she repeated her story to me over again.
