Issue 20… I stop each month to reflect on what impspired has achieved over its time. How many great writers we have worked with. How many readers we have reached and how many wonderful pieces of writing we have given a home.
This month however I have turned my gaze to one individual. Editor and writer Steve Carr. We shared a passion for getting writers seen, for gathering great work and were both known to ‘have a go’ ourselves. The loss of Steve Carr is a big blow for our literary world. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. As a tribute there is a collection of all the work he published in impspired included with this month’s fantastic selection of writers.
