Miniskirts in The Waste Land is crafted with Pratibha Castle’s usual verve and finesse. The poems are well written, well put together and as usual have the ability to talk to you beyond their words. The ability to be transported not only to the locations of these pieces but to a period in time. Find yourself immersed in the menagerie of Portobello Market streets or sheltered beneath an Indian Mango tree. Poetry at it’s finest.
