My goal is to empower individuals to achieve emotional well-being and lead fulfilling lives.

I hold a BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy: Professional Practice and am a member of BACP. Alongside my work in therapy, I also engage in creative writing, including poetry and short stories, which allows me to explore and express the human experience in different ways. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of my clients and contributing to the broader conversation on mental health.

Wish Upon a Star

In the quiet of the night, beneath a velvet sky,
A single star shines brightly, catching my weary eye.
With a heart that's heavy, and dreams that feel so far,
I close my eyes and whisper, "I wish upon a star."

May this star carry my hopes to places far and wide,
Beyond the realms of sorrow, where only joy resides.
Through the darkest hours, its light will guide my way,
Leading me to brighter dawns and the promise of the day.

In the glow of starlight, my fears begin to fade,
For in this silent moment, a fragile hope is made.
Each twinkling light a promise, each shimmer a new start,
A reminder that within me lies a brave and hopeful heart.

So, I cast my wishes gently into the night so still,
Trusting in the universe, and in my own free will.
With every star that sparkles, with every whispered prayer,
I find the strength to carry on, knowing dreams are there.

For in the heart of darkness, when the night is cold and deep,
Stars hold our secret wishes, and guard them as we sleep.
And when the dawn awakens, bringing light to every scar,
I'll keep my dreams alive, for I wished upon a star.
