Janet Peace

A retired educationalist Janet Peace lives near the spectacular North Coast of Northern Ireland. Writing is a comparatively new passion joyfully discovered since joining North Coast Writers. As a new hobby, writing jostles for position with tending a large, unkempt garden, fostering and caring for equally unkempt rescue cats and an old, faithful border-collie as well as dabbling in art, music and D.I.Y. interior design. Her large family, many pets, stunning location and reflections on life all inspire her poetry. Her poem ‘Tapestry’ featured in the Anthology Love, Loss and Cardiac Issues, and in Springboards: a Manual of Creative Writing, both published by Impspired Press in 2022.
